This album is all about shattering shame, whether that be sexual, physical, emotional or spiritual. We are equal and have a right to be seen and heard in this world. We all have a voice through traumatic experiences we have had, either in childhood or as an adult. If we share those experiences and emotions we have the ability to shatter shame and come together in community and friendship. I have loved making this album with some amazing people. I hope you love the music. All the proceeds I receive from this album will go the The Australian Childhood Foundation, who help children recover from the trauma of abuse and neglect.
